In the end, our charity toy drive was also prosperous, collecting over a hundred toys for the Action for Boston Community Development Organization. Hi Thomas & Helene:
Last week we asked if you would cater a gathering for my family after the funeral of my father in law. I am writing to let you know that your delectable food was wonderful and the family was well pleased with the meal. First off, the soups which we forgot at first and left at the store was absolutely delicious! People raved about it and came back for seconds. We cut the quiche in 1/8ths so people can have sample a variety from each of them. Again, nutritious and tasty as well.
I thought at first having two party pretzels would be too much but they were all gone and fun to eat. These pretzels are a crowd pleaser for sure! The tarts were a treat and so enjoyable. Again, we cut them in small pieces so we can sample from the various choices. The family has found the same enjoyment I experience with your food.
Thank you for providing the paper products and serving ware. It was much appreciated. I came to your store on Friday to drop off the pretzel tray and give back those wonderful sturdy boxes that quiches and tarts came in as they looked expensive and thought you might reuse them. Your son gladly took them back.
Thank you again for caring and being so thoughtful in the preparation and so helpful to me working out a menu in the midst of this difficult time for us. It is gratifying to have wonderful neighbors as yourself.

Everyone was commenting on how yummy everything is and how nice you were. Anthony also came by my office and sung your praises. He was sorry to miss you and says hi. He thinks, as I do, that Swissbakers really has incredible potential to franchise under your leadership. It's the perfect mix of light deliciousness with a little "foreign" exoticism paired with enough familiarity to make customers feel comfortable. We wish you the best of luck! The attention to detail was exceptional; everybody was welcomed warmly, and the whole ambiance was festive with the accompanying music of Mike Kälin and colleague. I just return from the Video Art Opening event at the University Gallery in Amherst. Your mouthwatering Swiss bread and Swiss cookies were a great success.
